Multi-Location Performance Report | Poplar Way Analytics
Per location per reporting cycle · 48-hour turnaround per cycle
Who this report serves
Regional operations directors and franchise owners running three to thirty locations who need a consistent weekly read across stores without assembling spreadsheets themselves. Typical clients include fast-casual Korean chains, cafe groups, and multi-concept operators with a central kitchen.
What you receive
Each cycle produces a brass-indexed bound volume (A4, landscape tabular pages) plus a password-protected PDF. The cover sheet lists every source file received, the analyst who prepared the report, and the reconciliation status of each location.
Inside, each store occupies a facing spread: left page shows sales and cover metrics; right page shows labour mapping and any flagged events (late vendor delivery affecting prep labour, unplanned closure, promotional day).
Our process
- Intake — You upload POS exports and timesheets via our secure portal or deliver USB copies to our Namyangju office by Tuesday noon for a Friday report.
- Reconciliation — Analysts match register totals to your export headers. Discrepancies above ₩50,000 are noted and held for your confirmation before figures enter the report.
- Assembly — Tabular pages are composed with engraved-style headers. Variance flags use your agreed thresholds (default: ±8% on sales, ±5% on labour ratio).
- Delivery — Bound copy ships via courier to HQ; PDF follows by email the same day.
- Review call — Optional 30-minute walkthrough with the lead analyst (included for chains above eight locations).
Timeline and constraints
Standard turnaround is 48 hours from complete file receipt. Incomplete timesheets delay labour sections only — sales pages can ship separately if you approve split delivery. We do not estimate missing data; blank cells remain blank with a note.
