These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website apppoplarway.click and the reporting services provided by Poplar Way Analytics ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance

By submitting an inquiry, commissioning a report, or browsing this website, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website and do not engage our services.

2. Services described

Poplar Way Analytics prepares custom performance reports, operational audits, menu margin reviews, and quarterly executive binders for food and beverage chain operators. Services are described on our Reports and Rates pages. Scope, deliverables, and fees for each engagement are confirmed in writing before work begins.

3. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete source data (POS exports, timesheets, inventory records, and related materials) within agreed intake deadlines. Delays or incomplete data may affect delivery timelines as described in your engagement letter. You are responsible for the accuracy of data you supply.

4. Intellectual property

Report layouts, tabular formats, analytical methods, and website content are owned by Poplar Way Analytics. Delivered reports are licensed to you for internal operational use upon full payment. You may not reproduce, resell, or publicly distribute our report formats or methodology without written consent.

Your source data remains your property. We retain copies only as described in our Privacy Policy and for the archive period stated in your engagement letter.

5. Payment terms

Fees are stated in Korean Won unless otherwise agreed. Reporting cycles are invoiced monthly in arrears unless a deposit is required for audit or binder engagements. Payment is due within fifteen business days of invoice date. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly service charge on outstanding balances.

6. Limitation of liability

Our reports are prepared from data you provide and observations made during agreed site visits. They are intended for operational decision support, not statutory accounting, tax filing, or legal compliance. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.

7. Confidentiality

We treat client source data and report contents as confidential. We do not share client-specific figures with other operators without your written permission. Anonymised excerpts may be used in sample materials only with explicit approval.

8. Website use

You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, scrape website content for commercial reuse, or use the contact form for unsolicited marketing. We reserve the right to restrict access to users who violate these provisions.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea, with preference for courts serving Gyeonggi-do where applicable.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance. Active engagements are governed by the Terms in effect at the time of engagement confirmation unless otherwise agreed.
